  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1 (2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 carton whipping cream
  • 1 baked pie crust

    Drain pineapple and whip the whipping cream.

    Cream together powdered sugar.

    Then add pineapple and pecans.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Pour into baked shell or graham cracker crust. Refrigerate.
