- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. dairy eggnog
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- nutmeg
Directions

1In a large measuring cup or medium bowl, stir eggs, eggnog and vanilla until well blended.

2Pour equal amount in each of 4 greased 6 ounce custard cups. Place on rack in a large skillet. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

3Add boiling water to skillet to cover bottom half of cups.

4Cover skillet with lid or foil.

5Cook over low heat with water on gentle simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
