- 6 heaping c. cucumbers, sliced
- 1 or 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 or 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 heaping Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Place cucumbers, onions and peppers

2in large bowl and sprinkle salt over all.

3Cover and let stand in refrigerator for approximately 3 hours.

4Stir occasionally.

5Drain completely.

6Add sugar and vinegar.

7Stir and let stand at room temperature until dissolved.

8Store in refrigerator.

9Keeps indefinitely.
