- 2 c. diced cooked lamb (crab, beef, etc.)
- 2 egg yolks
- hot toast triangles
- minced parsley

1Combine soup and milk; beat until smooth.

3Heat. Beat egg yolks; gradually add lamb mixture.

4Return to heat; slowly cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
