- 500 grams Minced meat (this time, I used beef and pork)
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 can Canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 2 Consomme bouillon cubes
- 1 around 4 blocks Instant curry roux
- 1 around 15 grams Cream cheese
Directions

1Chop the onion into fine and rough pieces.

2Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion from Step 1 over high heat.

3When the onion is transparent, add honey and fry over high heat (be careful not to burn it) until it changes colour.

4Add meat, curry powder, and salt and pepper to Step 2 and fry until the meat has cooked thoroughly.

5Add canned tomatoes and soup stock, and simmer over low heat for around 15 minutes.

6If there isn't enough water, add around 100 ml.

7Add curry roux and cream cheese and simmer.

8Adjust the amount of roux to suit the texture and taste you want.

9Taste, add salt if necessary, and it's done.
