Minestrone Soup

Ingredients

  • 18 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 13 cups onions, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup frozen carrots, sliced
  • 5 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 12 cups frozen peas
  • 1 12 cups frozen green beans
  • 11 cups water
  • 2 cups spaghetti, broken, uncooked

Directions

    Add all ingredients except spaghetti in a 4 quart pot, and stir until ingredients are well mixed.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Add uncooked spaghetti and simmer for another thee to five minutes.
