Ingredients

  • 3 (14 oz.) cans beef broth
  • 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Italian tomato paste
  • 2 c. fresh torn spinach
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 c. cooked pasta
  • fresh Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Bring to a boil all ingredients except Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta.

    Simmer 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and refrigerate overnight.

    Reheat.

    Add pasta and cheese.
