- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- vanilla wafers
- cherry pie filling
Directions

1Cream together cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.

2In bottom of foil muffin liners, place a vanilla wafer (flat side down); fill about 1/2 full with cream cheese mixture.

3Bake at 350° until set, about 15 to 20 minutes.

4Do not brown.

5Mix together sour cream and 3/4 cup sugar.

6Drop spoonful on top of each cheese cake and return to oven for 5 minutes.

7Let cool.

8Keep in fridge.

9When ready to serve, top with cherry pie filling.
