  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Beat first 5 ingredients together until smooth.

    Line muffin tins with muffin papers (cupcake).

    Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.

    Then divide mixture between the 24 muffin cups. Bake 15 minutes at 325°.
