  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 24 Keebler vanilla wafers
  • 1 can favorite pie filling
  • whip cream for topping

Directions

    Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Put 24 wafers flat side down in paper-lined muffin tins. Put 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture over each. Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes. They will not brown; do not overbake. Put 1 teaspoon of pie filling on each and refrigerate.
