- 2 c. torn romaine lettuce
- 2 c. torn fresh spinach
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 1 3/4 c. thinly sliced cucumber (about 1 medium)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a jar.

2Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
