  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 200g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 150g (3/4 cup) milk chocolate chips
  • Garnish
  • 1 punnet strawberries, pureed and strained Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 400g can mango in light syrup, drained and pureed

Directions

    Beat Philly* and sugar until smooth.

    Fold in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into a parchment line 12-hole, 1/2 cup capacity, non-stick muffin pan.

    Bake 25-30 minutes at 160C oven.

    Stand for 5 minutes before turning out.

    Cool for 30 minutes before serving.

    Place muffins on serving plate, serve drizzled with strawberry and mango puree.
