- 1 pkg. butterflake dinner rolls (12)
- 1 c. shrimp, cooked
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- dash of pepper
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. Gruyere or Swiss cheese
Directions

1Grease 2 dozen (1 3/4-inch) muffin pans.

2Separate each dinner roll in half.

3Press into muffin pans to make shell.

4Place 1 shrimp in each shell.

5Combine egg, cream, brandy, salt and pepper.

6Divide evenly among shells, using about 2 teaspoons for each.

7Slice the cheese into 24 small triangles.

8Place one on top of each appetizer.

9Bake in a 375° oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

10Cool.

11Wrap in foil and freeze.

12To serve, place on baking sheet.

13Bake in a 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
