- 1 pkg. party pumpernickel bread
- 1 (8 oz.) container Thousand Island dressing
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. corned beef, sliced thin (from deli)
Directions

1Arrange pumpernickel bread slices on cookie sheet.

2Top each piece of bread with 1/2 teaspoon of Thousand Island dressing. Next, put about 1 teaspoon of sauerkraut on each slice of bread and top with small amounts of corned beef and Swiss cheese.

3Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted.

4Makes about 5 dozen.
