  • graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Butter sides and bottoms of a miniature muffin pan (will need 4).

    Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs; shake to cover.

    Mix well the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks.

    Beat the egg whites very stiff and fold into mixture.

    Fill pans almost to the top. Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Remove promptly.
