- graham cracker crumbs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 egg whites
Directions

1Butter sides and bottoms of a miniature muffin pan (will need 4).

2Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs; shake to cover.

3Mix well the cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks.

4Beat the egg whites very stiff and fold into mixture.

5Fill pans almost to the top. Bake 15 minutes in a 350° oven.

6Remove promptly.
