- 7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
- 1 c. thinly sliced or chopped green peppers
- 1 c. thinly sliced onions
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. salt or to taste
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
Directions

1Combine vegetables and mix with the celery seed. Dissolve sugar and salt in the vinegar.

2Pour mixture over the vegetables. Cover and store in refrigerator.

3Ready to eat after being in the refrigerator overnight. They will keep for about 2 weeks. Great for a family reunion!
