- 12 cup margarine
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 12 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon water
- 12 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 (10 ounce) package.mint chocolate chips
- 9 tablespoons margarine
Directions

1Combine ingredients for brownies.

2Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.

3Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 pan.

4Bake at 350 for 30 minute (top of brownies will still appear wet)

5Cool.

6Combine filling ingredients.

7Beat until creamy.

8Spread over cooled brownies.

9Refrigerate until set.

10For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat.

11Let cool for 30 minute stirring occasionally.

12Spread over filling.

13Chill before cutting.

14Store in refrigerator.
