- 3 oz. cream cheese
- food coloring
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

2Roll into 1/2-inch balls.

3Place on waxed paper.

4Flatten with palm of your hands.

5Let dry 10 to 15 minutes, then use tines of fork to flatten (making a crisscross pattern).

6When tops feel dry, turn mints over to dry.

7Store in airtight container between layers of waxed paper in refrigerator.
