- 4 c. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla flavored pudding and pie filling (not instant)
- 1 c. Minute original rice
- 1/4 c. raisins (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Gradually stir milk and egg into pudding mix in saucepan.

2Add rice and raisins.

3Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.

4Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.

5Pour into dessert dishes or serving bowl.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg; serve warm.

7(For chilled pudding, place plastic wrap or wax paper on surface of hot pudding.

8Refrigerate about 1 hour.
