  • 1 1/2 lb. (4) beef cube steaks
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. beef broth
  • 2 (3 oz.) Kraft natural Swiss cheese slices, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Directions

    Brown steaks in oil 3 minutes on each side in a large skillet. Add onions and broth; cook 1 minute.
