- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. margarine, cut up
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1In blender, combine milk, eggs, flour, margarine, vanilla and salt.

2Blend about 10 seconds.

3Do not overblend.

4Stir in coconut.

5Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.

6Sprinkle a little ground nutmeg on top.

7Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Allow to cool, then chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. This pie makes its own crust.
