  • 2 teaspoons mirin
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 12 ounces rockfish fillets
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
