Ingredients

  • 6 slice thick cut bacon (you can substitute for another meat of your choice)
  • 6 slice bread (I used Sara Lee Butter Bread)
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slice cheese (I used provalone)
  • 1 salt
  • 1 black pepper

Directions

    Fry bacon in a large skillet.

    Once bacon is fried place slices on paper towel to drain.

    Place remaining bacon grease in a bowl and set to the side.

    Take all 6 slices of bread and cut a square whole in the middle.

    Place stove on med - high heat using the same skillet.

    Place 1 tsp of bacon grease in skillet spreading it evenly.

    Now place 4 slices of bread in skillet and crack 1 egg and place in each hole.

    Adding a pinch of salt and pepper on top of each egg.

    Scramble the yolk just a little.

    Once bread is brown and egg isn't dripping at the bottom, carefully turn bread over to cook on other side.

    Flipping consistently to cook egg all the way through.

    Repeat steps 5 - 7 for remaining slices of bread.

    Remove from skillet.

    Place cheese on all slices of bread.

    Place two slices of bacon for each sandwhich.

    Place remaining bread on top and cut in half.
