Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. basil
- 1 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 lb. cauliflower, cooked and drained
- 6 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- dash of garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. green beans, cooked and drained
- 3/4 c. processed American cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cut open squash and scoop out seeds.

2Fill each shell with diced onions, green peppers, mushrooms and celery.

3You may also add some chopped zucchini squash.

4Melt 2 tablespoons butter or oleo.

5Stir in 1 tablespoon brown sugar.

6Drizzle over chopped vegetables inside squash and around cut edge.

7Put squash in 8 x 8-inch pan with 1/4 cup water in bottom.

8Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon crushed basil.

9Place in oven preheated at 350° and bake for 1 hour.

10Serve over a bed of wild rice.
