- 4 beef tenderloin steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 4 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Press pepper into both sides of steaks.

2Place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat is 2 to 3 inches from heat. Combine marmalade, vinegar and ginger.

3Brush top of steaks with half of marmalade mixture.

4Broil steaks 10 to 15 minutes, turning once and brushing with remaining marmalade mixture.
