- 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Vidalia Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, Finely Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Frank's Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 13 cups Fresh Flat-leaf Parsley, Finely Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a small saute pan, heat extra virgin olive oil.

3Add onions and red pepper.

4Cook over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.

5Add garlic and cook one more minute.

6Remove from heat and set aside.

7When the onion mixture is cooled enough to handle, combine all meatloaf ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

8Mix with your hands until evenly combined.

9Mix all sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

10Place meatloaf mixture in a rectangular loaf pan and top with sauce.

11Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.

12Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
