  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. milk
