- 6 c. milk
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 lb. ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
Directions

1In saucepan, melt butter.

2Stir in flour. Add milk gradually. Cook until bubbly, plus 1 minute longer, stirring constantly. Add ham and cheese to sauce.

3Cook until heated through. Carefully blend in eggs, stirring gently.

4Season with salt and pepper. Serve over toast or fresh baked biscuits.
