  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz.) can button mushrooms in butter (undrained)
  • 4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni (2 c.)
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt

Directions

    In large skillet, brown meat over medium heat.

    Add soup, water, mixed vegetables, mushrooms, macaroni

    and seasonings. Bring to boil.
