- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- pinch of ground nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- breadcrumbs
- juice of 1 lemon
- butter
- broth
Directions

1Combine eggs, turkey, garlic, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper and enough breadcrumbs to shape meat into patties.

2Brown patties in butter until well browned.

3Remove and keep warm.

4Add flour to butter in pan and cook, making paste.

5Add juice of lemon.

6Stir. Now add enough chicken broth to make gravy consistency and serve over cutlets.
