  • 3 oz. pkg. red raspberry gelatin
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 10 oz. pkg. frozen red raspberries
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 5 large marshmallows, cut up
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions

    Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.

    Add frozen raspberries and the juice.

    Pour into 8-inch cake pan.

    Chill until firm.

    Whip together the whipping cream, marshmallows and cream cheese until stiff.

    Spread over gelatin.

    Chill and serve.
