  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
  • 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla (sweetened)
  • sliced peaches

Directions

    Beat egg whites until foamy.

    Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and continue beating until mixture will form soft peaks.

    Mix tapioca, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, milk, egg yolks and gelatin in a saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.
