- 1/3 c. Minute tapioca
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. milk
- 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla (sweetened)
- sliced peaches
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar and continue beating until mixture will form soft peaks.

3Mix tapioca, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, milk, egg yolks and gelatin in a saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.
