  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. apple juice
  • 1 large unpeeled apple, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. finely diced celery
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/4 c. Basic Cheese Sauce

    Dissolve gelatin in water.

    Add apple juice and chill until syrupy.
