  • 1 gal. pork and beans, drained
  • 1 lb. bacon, chopped and browned (save drippings)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 c. dark maple syrup

    Saute onions and bacon chunks until brown.

    Pour it into 1 gallon casserole dish along with drippings and all remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
