Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef, Lean (I Used 96/4)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcesterchire Sauce
  • 1/2 cups Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Thyme
  • 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs Or Corn Flakes Crushed
  • 1/2 cups Ketchup, Reduced Sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 9 x 4 loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside.

    In a bowl, add ground beef, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion and egg; mix well until combined.

    I used my my hands.

    Add pepper, salt, thyme, and panko breadcrumbs; mix together until combined.

    Add beef mixture into prepared loaf pan.

    Evenly pour ketchup over top of the loaf.

    Place in oven and bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes, until no longer pink.
