- 4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 4 strips bacon
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 3 (2 1/2 oz.) chipped beef, broken into small pieces
- chopped parsley
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Cover the bottom of ungreased 8 x 12-inch baking dish with chipped beef. Wrap each breast half with 1/2 slice of bacon. Place these over the beef.

2Mix sour cream, parsley, soup and mushrooms.

3Pour over the breasts.

4Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 325°.

5Serve over cooked rice.
