  • 1 box monaco biscuits
  • 2 medium tomatos
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Oregano Basil Chilli Flakes
  • 1 small ketchup

Directions

    Lay down the salty biscuits on a microwavable pan.

    Cut the tomatos and onions in rings.

    Dice Capsicum (chilli) into cubes/kites.

    (You may add more veges if you would like.)

    Place the vegies on the biscuits.

    Sprinkle Chilli Flakes, Oregano and Basil.

    Grate cheese over them.

    Bake it till cheese just starts turning brown.

    Garnish each piece with ketchup and coriander leaf.

    Tastes yummy even without baking.
