Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 c. Mazola Oil (do not substitute)
  • 3/4 c. walnuts

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and creamy. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Alternate dry ingredients with egg mixture. Add oil and mix well. Add nuts. Grease and flour a cookie sheet. Shape bread into two loaves and bake on cookie sheet at 350° for 35-40 minutes.

    Slice diagonally and put back into the oven to toast for 5-10 minutes.
