- 1 cup rice wine vinegar
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown bean sauce (from Asian market)
- 1 cup chopped scallion
- 12 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 6 boneless pork chops
Directions

1In a large shallow baking dish, combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, scallions, cilantro, chives, garlic and ground coriander.

2Add pork chops and turn to coat.

3Cover and marinate at room temperature 1-2 hours.

4Prepare a hot grill.

5Cook 10-15 minutes until cooked through but still moist.
