  • 1 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown bean sauce (from Asian market)
  • 1 cup chopped scallion
  • 12 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 6 boneless pork chops

Directions

    In a large shallow baking dish, combine rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, brown bean sauce, scallions, cilantro, chives, garlic and ground coriander.

    Add pork chops and turn to coat.

    Cover and marinate at room temperature 1-2 hours.

    Prepare a hot grill.
