Ingredients
- 2 (1 lb. each) loaves frozen white bread (yeast)
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 pkg. vanilla pudding (3.4 to 4 oz. each; not instant)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

1Thaw 1 loaf of bread slightly and break in small pieces. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Let other loaf thaw; set aside. In a pan, melt margarine. Add cinnamon, milk, sugar, nuts and pudding.

3Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool slightly and pour over rolls.

4Break the other loaf of bread in small pieces over first layer.

5Let rise in warm place to top of pan.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Invert immediately on large platter.
