- 1 (4 oz.) can Ortega whole green chilies, seeded
- 12 oz. thin sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Cook rice until tender and mix well with sour cream.

2Spread one inch layer of rice mixture in a 6 1/2 x 8 1/2-inch baking dish.

3Arrange a thin layer of peppers on top of rice and top with thin slices of cheese.
