- 4 to 5 lb. pork roast
- 5 to 6 cloves garlic (optional)
- 2 c. water
- 16 oz. bottle barbecue sauce (Heinz regular)
Directions

1In crock-pot, cook roast with onion and garlic on low overnight.

2Pour liquid off pork, take pork off bone and discard fat.

3Add barbecue sauce to meat; cook on low for 4 hours, stirring 2 or 3 times.
