- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 lamb loin chops, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons coffee (brewed)
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions

1Melt butter; add lamb chops and cook over medium heat until browned on both sides.

2Remove lamb; reserve drippings.

3Add horseradish; mix with drippings in skillet.

4Arrange lamb in greased shallow casserole.

5Combine sugar, coffee, and egg yolks; mix well.

6Cook over boiling water (or use a double-boiler), stirring constantly, until thickened.

7Combine coffee sauce and horseradish mixture in skillet; mix well.

8Pour coffee mixture over lamb.

9Top with Parmesan cheese.

10Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
