Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts, skinned, or 1 whole chicken, skinned, cooked and pulled apart; 1 medium onion, chopped fine; 1 can cream mushroom soup; 1 can cream chicken soup; 1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes; 1 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz; 1 pkg. mixed shredded cheese; 13 1/2 oz. pkg. Doritos; 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

3 chicken breasts, skinned, or 1 whole chicken, skinned, cooked and pulled apart

1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. mixed shredded cheese
13 1/2 oz. pkg. Doritos
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with Pam. Crush Doritos and layer bottom with 1/2. Put layer of chopped chicken. In saucepan, combine creamed soups, onions, Cheez Whiz and tomatoes. Cook over low heat until smooth. Pour over chicken and Doritos. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Put second layer of Doritos and chicken. Spread package of shredded mixed cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
