- 32 ounces yogurt, plain
- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lentils, red (masoor dal) (chana dal)
- 1 teaspoon rice or rice powder
- 2 teaspoons coconut grated
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 x turmeric pinch
- 1 each red chili peppers
Directions

1Fry coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, red chili in a little oil.

2Grind the mixture with the coconut and add to the beaten yogurt.

3Add turmeric and bring to a boil.

4Stir in rice powder, and heat on low until consistent texture is achieved.

5Heat oil and mustard seeds and add to the mixture.
