  • 1 1/4 cups All-Bran
  • 3/4 cup almonds, walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1 cups dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats (optional)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxmeal (optional)
  • 1/4 cups wheat germ (optional)
