Moroccan Lamb Pies

- 1/2 lb. cooked, ground lamb
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 stick (4 oz.) butter
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1 handful golden raisins
- salt and pepper
- 8 sheets phyllo dough
Directions

1Melt butter, add onion and cook gently until soft.

2Stir in cumin and almonds, and continue to cook until almonds are browned a little.

3Add honey and raisins.

4Drain mixture on paper towels. Mix with lamb.

5Add salt and pepper.
