- 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
Directions

1Saute the onions and pepper in the butter until lightly browned.

2Place evenly on bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking pan. Carefully break the eggs, keeping the yolks intact, placing them evenly in the pan over the onion/green pepper mixture.
