   preheat oven to 325F

   lightly grease and flour your pan.

   in a large bowl, combine cake mix and pudding mix.

   add soda, applesauce and eggs.

   beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.

   pour batter into pan and bake for 45 to 59 mins.

   or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

   let it cool for ten mins.
