- 1 lg. box instant Jello chocolate pudding
- 1 lg. container Cool Whip
- 1 pkg. of chocolate grahman crackers
- 1- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. softened margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1After all ingredients are combined, beat on high speed for 1 minute.

2Bake in greased and floured 10 in. tube pan 2 hours at 300 degrees.

3Cool in pan.

4Don't invert.
